Denise started her career in marketing, holding senior positions with GlaxoSmithKline in London and Revlon in New York. Having seen the power of strategy in marketing and advertising, Denise set up the planning arm of headhunting firm Wendy Braverman Associates, which she ran for 10 years. She launched her own consultancy in 2000.  Her clients include agencies and consultancies in the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and Asia.
